Why do we grow all this fruit and veg? To eat it of course!

As a large and diverse site, our allotment holders all have their own favourite recipes to use up that glut of courgettes or to make the most of the long runner bean season.

Sometimes we might not know what to do with those globe artichokes we’ve grown or just want some new ideas for a twist on tomato chutney.
